የትምህርት ጥራቱን፣ ሽፋኑን፣ ፍትሐዊነቱን፣ ተገቢነቱንና ብቃቱን ቀጣይነት ባለው መልኩ ተግባራዊ በማድርግ በሁለንተናዊ ስብዕና የታነጸ ትውልድ በመፍጠር ለሀገራችን ዘላቂ ልማት ተገቢውን አስተዋጽኦ ማድረግ፡፡
በ2020 ዓ/ም በሴክተሩ ፍትሓዊና ጥራቱን የጠበቀ ትምህርትና ስልጠና በማዳረስ በዕውቀት፣ በክህሎትና በአመለካከት የተስተካከለና ለልማት፣ ለፍትሕ፣ ለሰላምና ለዲሞክራሲ ስርዓት ግንባታ አስተዋጽኦ የሚያደርግ ትውልድ የሚቀረጽበት ሆኖ ማየት፤
ጥራቱና ብቃቱ የተረጋገጠ ፍትሓዊና ተገቢነት ያለው የትምህርት አገልግሎት ለህብረተሰቡ በመስጠት በከተማው ልማትና እድገት አስተዋጽኦ የሚያደርግ ሁለንተናዊ ስብዕናው የተገነባ ትውልድ በመፍጠር የተፋጠነ ቀጣይነት ያለው ዕድገትና ልማት እንዲመጣ፣ መደበኛና መደበኛ ያልሆነ የትምህርት ፕሮግራሞችን በመጠቀም ትምህርትን በጥናትና ምርምር በማስደገፍ፣ ህብረተሰቡን በባለቤትነት በማሳተፍና አጋር ድርጅቶችን በማስተባበር እና የተገኘውን ሃብት በአግባቡ በመጠቀም ጠንክሮ መስራት ነው፡፡
