በ2018 ስፖርትን ባህሉ ያደረገ ጤናማ ኅብረተሰብና በሀገር አቀፍ ደረጃ ተወዳዳሪ የሆኑ ውጤታማ አትሌቶች ተፈጥረው ማየት ነው፡፡
በ2025 በአለማችን እንዲሁም በአገራችን ተባብሶ ያለው የሰላም እጦት ወደ ነበረበተ ተመልሶ ማየት እና ተልዕኮውን በብቃት መፈጸም የሚችል በሥነ-ምግባሩ የተመሰገነ የስራ ሰአት የሚያከብር እና ከራሱ ይልቅ ለሕብረተሰቡ የሚያስብ ሲቪል ሰርቪስ ተፈጥሮ ማየት፡፡
ሕዝባዊ መሠረት ያለው ስፖርት በከተማ እንዲስፋፋ በማድረግ የዜጎችን የስፖርት ተሳትፎ የማረጋገጥና ውጤታማ አትሌቶች እንዲበራከቱ ማበረታታት፣ የከተማችን ወጣቶች ኢኮኖሚያዊ፣ ማህበራዊና ፖለቲካዊ ተሳትፎና ተጠቃሚነት ለማረጋገጥምቹ ሁኔታ በመፍጠርና ህዝባዊ መሰረት ያለውን የበጎ ተግባር ስራዎች በማስፋፋት የዜጎችን ማህበራዊ መሰረት በመገንባት የከተማችን፤ የክልልንና የሀገርን ብልፅግና ማረጋገጥ፣
